What should I do if the item I receive is damaged or incorrect?
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Just send us an email at [email protected] or phone/WhatsApp us on Mobile: +94 767 700 056 and we will resolve it. 
If I wish to return an item, how should I proceed?
We are sorry that you were not happy with your purchase from Healing Island and are happy to refund any item if it is returned in an unopened & unused condition, within 14 days of receipt.  Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Please follow our easy, step-by-step instructions below.

STEP 1
Please use the information above to contact our Customer Services via phone or email. Your order number, which can be located in your email confirming your order, should be readily available.

STEP 2
If your purchase arrived damaged, send us an email with a photo.

STEP 3
Upon request, send your item in the post back to us, with the location given by our consultant. Regrettably, the customer would have to bear all delivery costs on returns.

STEP 4
Your refund will be completed within 10-14 days of us receiving the package.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We aim to reimburse all returns within 14 business days of receiving them at our workshop.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have exclusive requirements about packaging your request however mistakes truly do happen every once in a while. If it’s not too much trouble, acknowledge our apologies on the off chance that you have gotten an inaccurate item.
